Virginia Beach is a great place for a family vacation. There are a lot of water sports available during the day. There are so many gift shops along the main strip, which is Atlantic Avenue. You can rent bikes for one person--or up to six people--and ride it up and down the boardwalk. They have a special bike path here. You can relax on the beach in the morning, do water activities in the afternoon, go back riding in the evening, and then go for a walk in the late evening and enjoy the different sound stages that present music for all ages.
