The Evergreen golf course is more of a beginner’s course with very short par 4's. It is quite flat, with trouble on either side of many holes, but not a lot of trouble if you stay in on the fairways. It isn't unreasonably long, and the course is in acceptable shape for the money.
The Tree Top course is more hilly and difficult. The par 4's are, again, short, but the par 3's are long, one even 230 yards uphill. Tree Top is in fairly good condition, and a golf cart is recommended because of the hills and the heat (especially in late summer, when it can be 100°F). This course is more challenging, although far from professional. I am not the best golfer and shot mid 90's at Tree Top. I do enjoy a challenge and would recommend this course more than Evergreen, although both are enjoyable.
