There are virtually no facilities and the deeper in you go, the less there are, but the better the beach and the less people around it.
Food is rather expensive here so you are better bringing as much as possible, but beware it is at least a 40 minute hike from the road to the nearest camp.
The swimming isn't very good is most areas, but some gulfs like pools can be found deeper into the beach.
The best baked bread I've had in my life can be found here-- baked with chocolate, coconut, banana and more.
You can hike to Pueblito which is a smaller version of the Lost City, but it is not advisable unless you aren't planning on going to the Lost City and are interested in Tayrona Culture.
