I went two years ago and loved it. I got to see Foo Fighters and Goo Goo Dolls. Lots of good food and great venue. I would suggest getting a pair of tickets on the day of from the restaurant vendors, because they provide you with full-course meals.

There are a lot of famous rock, pop, and rap singers who perform on like six different stages, and the environment is unforgettable. The scene is street and is in downtown, which is a very great setting. There are a lot of people and a lot of exciting performances.
