This wonderful museum displays 8,000 years of the history of Southern Oregon. The photo archives of the lives of the settlers and Native Americans who lived here so many years ago and the display of native tools, etc. depict the struggles these people endured. The Applegate Trail and the pioneers who traveled it are the highlights of the exhibits.
The 1882 Dillard, OR & California Depot has been moved to the museum grounds and has a historical exhibit showing the early railroad activities of the area. The museum store and book shop as well as the research library complete this wonderful and educational experience.
