I''m sorry to say we did feel for the first time on a vacation like we had been ripped off. Stay away from Puerto Vallarta Tours Travel Service in the marina and a sales guy from Seattle named Mike. We had a very bad experience. We were promised to go snorkeling to Isla Mariates, and that didn''t transpire, and to top it off, our daughter became very ill one hour into the trip and that was it for the tour.
My husband and I tried on two occasions to talk to the owners, Peter and Cindy, about receiving some sort of compensation, although they never returned our calls.
A lesson learned.
