This is a drinking boat tour despite the fancy name. You're lucky if you see a decent sunset (30 seconds) if you aren't too drunk. Lots of couples, singles. Don't pay more than $40-45/couple. It's not really worth $20 for margaritas and nachos. The best parts are feeding sea gulls nachos out of your hand while taking panoramic pictures of the landscape: seas, beaches, mountains, skies, on a good weather day. Get on top of the boat if you are not too drunk and see more. You can see local artist Bustamante's mansion on top of the hills, along with Sylvester Stallone and Demi Moore's mansions (really far away). Better is Pirate dinner boat tour $75/person. Best to take a bus tour south to the archeological dig (2-3 days) in the jungle by the waterfalls for $150/person.
