To do as the Oklahomans do, if its the season, head over to Oklahoma University and see a college football game. I was brought to Owen Memorial Stadium for my first college game by my friend Greg. The Sooners colors are gray and maroon, and everyone in the stadium (approximately 75,000 people) are wearing those colors. (I was the only one wearing blue). Sooners' fans are completely dedicated to their team, and you will find yourself cheering right along with everyone else when a touchdown is scored, and perhaps even going in the chant "Boomer, Sooner!" This is a great event to attend if you are in OKC, especially if you've never been to a game. Go Sooners!
