The Coralville Res Beach

This beach is adjacent to the Coralville Dam and actually a short walk from the Davonian Gorge, a slice of history dating back 375 million years. Though this is a beach frequented by a lot of young teens, it is in fact a great place for all ages to sun and swim and have some good old-fashioned water fun without worrying. Though this is a fairly busy beach, it is easy to keep track of your group here, and in all of my experiences, persons enjoying this beach have been exceptionally well behaved! And forget about it being only for kids. Take it from me when I say that there is nothing like walking through sand--it is extremely relaxing and in fact is a wonderfully calming experience in this somewhat hectic world!
