The location isn't so precise . . . the festival takes up most of downtown. There are usually more than 20 stages set up in different locations, and between 150 and 175 groups and artists come in for the festival. All vehicle traffic basically stops downtown. Fredricton is a very friendly place, and if you want to meet most of them, this is the time to be here. This year, the festival is from Sept 10th to 14th. Tickets went on sale July 19 and can be purchased by calling 1-888-622-5837. For one event, tickets are usually between $8 and $15.
