The programs are for a week a piece during the summer. Woodward has some of the best courses anywhere in California and is the place the pros go to practice.
The camp has great food, comfortable air-conditioned cabins, great sport complexes, a pool, bowling alley and video games galore. The entire camp's theme is a Wild West Ghost Town. It's a kid's dream come true.
It's located in the middle of nowhere. It's halfway between Mojave and Bakersfield in the little town of Stallion Springs. It's a little bit up the mountain from the Mojave, but the summer temps do hit 100.
The kids love the camp, and kids come from all over the world to learn the skills.
They also have a wonderful lodge for the parents with a world-class golf course. During the winter the lodge is open and kids and parents can use some of the skateboard courses. It makes a great family weekend!
