The caramel here is made with goat's milk, sugar and some spices like cinnamon and vanilla extract. It has made the city reknowned not just around the country but also around the globe. If you haven't tasted it you probably don't like sweets, that is OK too, and thus we, dessert lovers will have more to eat!!.
This is a visit to the manufacturer of the cajeta. They can offer several ways of flavoring the candy and you are allowed to buy only one bottle if you want. That way, when you get back home, you can serve it and use it for cooking or rather baking and your friends will be elated.
