At first the idea of dropping out of an airplane is many people's idea of something completely insane to do with their time.
However, after the half hour of document signing and waiver reading (you do not hold your operator responsible and you agree that your family or friends won;t sue them if you suffer a mishap, like say, die), you watch a short training video and then strap on your harness.
Then the instructors make fun of you just before boarding the plane and then try to scare you just a bit... but not enough to make you chicken out.
You jump.
Then all of your fearful expectations are dashed. The only time you feel gravity is when leaving the plane (you look up at it as you fall and it becomes small very FAST) and when your butt hits the grass below.
Freefall feels like flying. There is no other way to describe freefall.
The only drawback to this whole experiemce is the price. But this turns out to be not too bad if you just want to try it once or twice.
