Paddle the Sirena and see the abundant wildlife (monkeys, crocodiles, otters, tapirs, more birds than you can name, sharks). The river is slow with no rapids, just right for a wildlife-spotting journey. Check the tides so that your paddling will be easier. Don't swim here--sharks and crocodiles are looking for lunch--and don't go exploring on the shore. The park only allows traveling on the maintained trails; it is very easy to get lost when you get off the path.
