Wineglass Bay - Hazards Beach track

The first part of the walk is a half hour climb up over the Hazards (mountains on the Freycinet Peninsular). Once at the saddle, there is a viewing platform, looking out over Wineglass Bay, and further onto Hazards Beach. The walk down the side of the Hazards brings you out onto Wineglass Bay beach. There is a camping site further along the beach. Continuing around the track to Hazards Beach, goes through undergrowth and scrub. Once onto Hazards Beach, there are beautiful views to either direction. Once you get back to the car park where the walk starts, I suggest you head to Freycinet Lodge to get a stiff drink and a sit down for awhile!
