This 350-acre park is one of the largest on Lake Buchanan. It is a long peninsula with four miles of lakeshore. There is also a boat ramp and paved parking. Otherwise, the park is quite primitive with diverse vegetation, including wildflowers in the spring. Birds such as heron, pelicans, and roadrunners are abundant. There is no running water or picnic tables.
