It´s seems like a long walk going from the beach in and out of the rain forest, but it is definitely worth it. The surf is decent at best. Mostly, the beach is great from jumping around in the warm water looking at the rain forest, thick with palm trees and green. On the hike there are black and bright orange crabs and a beach that is entirely whole shells. On a good day you´ll have the beach totally to yourself, interupted by the occational horse treks to the waterfall beyond (which as a swimming hole at low tide).
