Chattahoochee Riverwalk

The Riverwalk trail begins at the Chattahoochee Dam and winds along the river to the National Infantry Museum at Ft. Benning. The trail is paved and easy to bike.

There are numerous places to stop: scenic overlooks with gazebos, park benches, a sundial that you stand on, Oxbow Meadows Learning Center and the National Infantry Museum. We saw people of all ages walking, fishing, and riding bikes with their children and grandchildren, along with kayakers in the river.
