Whale-Watching at Bodega Head

Bodega Head offers breathtaking views and is a prime spot for whale-watching in season (be sure to bring your binoculars and watch for the spouting water). The cliffs are dramatic, and the flower-lined trails are beautiful. Make your way along the cliffside trail, heading south for about half a mile, to get a view of a nearby island that is home to several hundred seals and sea lions. You'll hear them barking before you see them.
